Time for a BIG UPDATE! First I can finally reveal that I am now a True Temperament artist! I'm super honored to be officially part of something that change the whole world of guitar for the better. I'm currently in the writing/recording process and the first single entitled "Trinity Light" will be released October 25th. Stay tuned for more info. In addition we are continuously working on the Mytheral debut album, hopefully to be released sometime next year. What's new? I recently came home from a trip to Stockholm - Sweden were I was guesting the Guitar Geeks Podcast. You can listen the episode here (in Swedish). It's been a busy couple of months with lot's of things going on. First of all I've started a band project together with a couple of other people. There's no band name to share as of yet, but we are currently writing and recording songs for what will be a debut album. Stay tuned for more news as things progress. I'm also in the process of doing a lot of videos for a company whose products I love and use quite regularly. The new Winter Album "FIRE RIDER" will be released on October 14. In the meanwhile you can listen to a snippet here. Markus, myself and everyone else involved can't wait to share the music with you. I pushed myself hard on the solos for this album and hopefully it will show when you listen to the songs. I've also been busy for the upcoming release of the new M3 - Men of 3 - single "A falling star" that will be out soon. Me, Carl and Simon are currently working on new M3 song material as well. I'm very delighted and honored to announce two new endorsements. First one is Wampler pedals. Ever since I bought my very first Wampler pedal many years ago I instantly became a fan of Brian's work. The release date for Winter's Pale Horse album is Oct 8. It's going to sound killer and has already received some great reviews! We've already begun discussing plans on me doing more guest solos on his next upcoming album. Finally I'm going to release a new single entitled Echoes of Time on October 21. There will also be a music video to accompany the song. Some great friends and talented musicians are featured on the track: Isabel José - Vocals Lalle Larsson - Piano Simon Hall - Bass Carl Williams - Drums I'm also working on more M3 music alongside Simon and Carl. A new year and new things happening! First of all I am proud to announce that I am now a Two Notes Audio endorsee. Click here to visit my profile on their page. Secondly, my new trio band M3 will be realising our new song Breathe by the end of January. Hey friends! It's been a busy couple of months with a lot of musical things happening. First of all I would like to announce my new band M3 (click here to visit our Facebook page). This band was formed after I asked drummer Carl Williams to play some drums for a song I wrote to demo the amazing Revv D20 amplifier (watch the video here). Carl knew the bass player Simon from before and asked if he'd be interested in playing bass on the track. The three of us had so much fun so we agreed upon making more music together under the name M3. Our first single Revvolution D20 is now out on all major music platforms. Right now we're working on new song ideas that hopefully will turn into a full length album. More news (and music) will follow. I have also done a lot of various session work and guest solos this summer, which is a great thing in these crazy Covid19 times. If you're interested in working with me just get in touch. I just got a new instrument in my gear arsenal! A Sonnemo Custom Master ST guitar. This guitar was built by Swedish guitar luthier Mattias Sonnemo (Check out his website here) and is a real player's strat. Needless to say you will be hearing a lot of this guitar on future recordings. There's some new exciting music in the works... My first post of the new year will be with a big smile on my face... I am beyond happy and thrilled to announce that I am now an official Fractal Audio artist! Ever since I heard the first Axe Fx standard and Ultra model I was very impressed. About 1,5 ago I got my Axe Fx II XL+, and to now be an official part of the family is mind-blowing! There's also a new transcription available to purchase in the store section. I transcribed the entire solo to the In Focuz song "I don't mind". Check it out!

This is my first post for 2015, and I got some exciting news for you! First of all, I have received my new guitar from Vigier guitars. A DoubleBfoot guitar (Ron Thal signature model) with one fretless neck and one fretted neck. Please refer to the gear section of the website to read more about the specs etc. The guitar feels great and it plays like a dream. I am mainly going to be using it with The Rockoutz, since I need the possibility to switch between regular and fretless guitar in the songs we are playing. If you want to see this guitar in action you should come visit our shows. Speaking about The Rockoutz, we are currently working hard with learning new songs. We visited Amptown studios in Helsingborg to record a couple of songs that will be presented on the official Rockoutz website very soon. A couple of gigs are also in the works to be presented in the near future. Last but not least, I am also working on writing some new solo material. Time is my enemy and there aren't enough hours in a day, but new song ideas are slowly taking form. Can't wait to share them with you all!! That's all for now! A couple of days ago I did a successful gig with Isabel José and Christian Johansson. The material feels solid and we can't wait to get out and play the songs live. Stay tuned. I am also writing new solo songs for album no.2. It's not going to be as dark and extreme as my last album, but more guitar-oriented. Finally, a new guitar is in the making by the good people at Vigier Guitars. It's been a while since my latest update so I thought it was about time to share what I've been up to lately. First of all I joined a cover band called The RockOutz. We mainly play classic rock songs in the style of Guns N' Roses, ZZ Top, Ac/Dc, Van Halen etc. Right now we are rehearsing a huge repertoire and we look forward to make some live performances in a near future. The christmas holidays is approaching and I would like to thank all of you for the endless support during 2013. Next year will be even more exciting with more music and things happening. Me and Christian Johansson are in the process of arranging some guitar clinics in the south of Sweden during spring next year. We are currently discussing the matter with different arrangers, and we hope to present you with some dates early next year. I also started to work with the good people at Neck Diagrams. They make a really great software that allow you to create fretboard diagrams, chord charts etc. A really valuable tool to use for the practicing musician and for me as a guitar teacher. As soon as I have learned the program I will make a small demo-video, showing the endless possibilities. Stay tuned for that! I am happy to announce that I am working on a new instrumental song named Breakpoint, which is one of the most technically challenging songs I have ever recorded. I did a big interview with Guitar On Sky the other day, which is available here. Thanks to Edwin Mclean for conducting the interview. I am happy to announce my new endorsement with Pedal Tank pedals. I have just finished a recording session for a new In Focuz song entitled Binary Steps. The song will be fetaured on the upcoming compilation album Shred Freak (due to be released soon). Other contributing players are : Mika Tyyska, Michael Dolce, Fred Brum, Paco Hernandez, and Edvin Mclean among others. The song is fusion oriented with loads of chord changes and odd time signatures. Right now Christian is busy recording his guitar parts and then the song will be mixed and sent to the organizer. A great drummer named Carl Williams will do the drum work on the song. He will also contribute on the upcoming In Focuz album. The song Binary steps will most likely also be part of the album. More info about this project when things get closer. If this wasn't enough I will also do a guest appearance on a progressive metal project entitled Universal Mind, brought together by guitarist and composer Michael Alexander. A lot of great musicians will particiapte, such as: Michael LePond (Symphony X), Charlie Dominici (ex. Dream Theater) and Michael Troy (ex. Yngwie Malmsteen) among others. Hi guys! As you might have noticed I have changed the layout on my website. I wanted a more classic look, and what could be more classic than white? In addition to the layout changes I have also updated the topic menus and the content on some of the pages. So stroll around and have a look. I'm happy to announce that I have started working with the good people at YouRockGuitar. I am now officially using the YRG Gen 2 midi guitar. Stay tuned for some video demos in the near future. I will also be using the guitar as a midi tool for future recordings. Speaking of recordings, the work of the upcoming In Focuz album is moving forward. We have a couple of songs written and me and Christian can't wait to record them and share with you guys. Here are a couple of titles so far: Focuz Pocuz, I don't mind, Time, His name was Griswold, Midnight, Serenade of wishes. However, there's still a lot of work to be done and me and Christian are really thrilled about this project. As of yet we're not sure how many songs there will be on the album, but we are thinking in the line of eight to ten songs. In addition to the recordings we have decided to do some documentary filming of the writing and recording process. I'm very proud and happy to announce that Silhouettes made it to the top sellers list at CdBaby. It wouldn't be possible without all your support, so thanks a lot for supporting instrumental music and my guitar playing! I just made a interview for the Indonesian guitar magazine Gitar Plus. Once it's avalaible I will post the interview on my website as well. I get a lot of emails with questions about my Vigier fretless guitar. I'm happy to see such a growing interest of the instrument and therefore I am planning on doing a video demo of it. Right now I'm working on some ideas so stay tuned for the video in the near future. The work on the upcoming In Focuz album is going very well. Christian and myself have lot's of ideas going on at the moment. I think this album will contain some of the strongest musical work I have done so far. I will do some video demos in the near future so stay tuned for that. They make really nice sounding pedals and I look forward to enter tone-heaven. The first gig of the year has now been confirmed. I will play at Stortorget - Helsingborg, May 26 together with guitarist Christian Johansson and singer Isabel José. We will play for an event called "Tillgänglighetsmarschen", and there will be other artists performing as well. It's all free so make sure to come down and have a good time if you live close by. Me and Christian are currently writing songs, and so far we're very satisfied with the oucome. Some of the songs will include vocals from a great singer named Isabel José. One of them being my long time friend and fellow guitar player Christian Johansson. It's been exactly ten years since me and Christian first met, and we figured it was about time to do an album together.
We are currently discussing what musical direction to aim for, and we will incorporate some more great musicians in the process. As soon as things have been confirmed I will reveal the names. It was time for a change, and a brand new look. I hope you all will appreciate it. The site is still under heavy construction, so check back from time to time. Since my last update, there has been some things going on...
