News 2012-04-22 Well, spring is upon us and I'm still keeping busy  writing song material for the upcoming In Focuz album. So far me and Christian have lot's of ideas for songs going on, and I feel more inspired than ever. I have also upgraded my home studio with an iMac computer that opens up new possibilities for my recordings. If you live nearby my hometown Helsingborg, you will have the opportunity to hear a song entitled "I don't mind", that will be on the album, at our live performance at Stortorget May 26.  We work with singer Isabel José on this song and she has done a great job. Beside that song we will also play a couple of Isabel's songs. So if you live close to the Helsingborg area, make sure to come down. More info here. For those of you not living nearby, we will most likely film the show so you can watch it later on YouTube. Some other things has been going on since my last update. First of all I did an interview with Vigier Guitars USA talking about the guitars and some other things. This is actually my five year anniversary as a Vigier artist, and I'm honored to be part of their team. You can read the interview here. I have made two demos for the great sounding ME-1 and BE-1 overdrive pedals from AMT Electronics. The more I use their pedals, the more I love them. I highly suggest that you try them out for yourself. I'm sure you will be as blown away as I am. Until next time... /Fredrik 2012-03-04 Hey guys. Just a quick update with the latest news. First of all I'm proud to say that I am now offically endorsed by AMT electronics.  I will do some video demos in the near future so stay tuned for that. They make really nice sounding pedals and I look forward to enter tone-heaven. The first gig of the year has now been confirmed. I will play at Stortorget - Helsingborg, May 26 together with guitarist Christian Johansson and singer Isabel José. We will play for an event called "Tillgänglighetsmarschen", and there will be other artists performing as well. It's all free so make sure to come down and have a good time if you live close by. Until next time, /Fredrik 2012-01-16 - New song out, and some other news Time for this year's first update! First of all I would like to announce that I have a new song out called "Cthulhu Whisper". The song is all played on my Vigier Fretless guitar, and is available to purchase in the shop section of the website. To read more about the song, please click here. The cover art was made by the incredible artist Dan Verkys (www.gardenofbadthings.com). If you ever need  a professional cover art for your music, Dan is your man! Me and Christian are currently writing songs, and so far we're very satisfied with the oucome. Some of the songs will include vocals from a great singer named Isabel José. I'm also in the process of recording a new song, that will be available soon (including a version with a full detailed transcription in notation & tabulature). Wishing you all the best for this year, Fredrik 2011-11-02 I am happy to announce that Silhouettes got reviewed in Italian guitar magazine "Axe Magazine". They wrote some nice words about my album and also transcribed some parts of the songs. Thanks to Guglielmo Malusardi for providing the scanned pictures. You can read a translation in English here. I'm currently planning some new musical projects including various people. One of them being my long time friend and fellow guitar player Christian Johansson. It's been exactly ten years since me and Christian first met, and we figured it was about time to do an album together. We are currently discussing what musical direction to aim for, and we will incorporate some more great musicians in the process. As soon as things have been confirmed I will reveal the names. Me and Christian are really looking forward to begin our work with the album. Stay tuned for more info. Besides that I will continue doing my own thing.
